The shipping policy describes the procedures for packaging, delivery, documentation, and the division of responsibilities for domestic and export orders.
1. Delivery Scope
Minh Anh supports nationwide delivery and exports via available shipping routes. The delivery location, port of departure, port of arrival, and trade terms are confirmed in the quotation or contract.
2. Processing and Delivery Time
Production time and transit time are two distinct periods. The estimated delivery date is calculated from the moment the order, approved sample, payment, and packaging details are finalized. Actual timing may vary due to volume, peak season, customs procedures, or the capacity of the carrier.
3. Packaging and Labeling
Goods are packaged according to product standards or approved specifications. Export packaging, palletizing, fumigation, shipping labels, and special documentation may incur additional costs. Customers must approve label content and consignee information on time.
4. Shipping Costs and Conditions
Freight charges, insurance, handling fees, storage, customs duties, and import taxes are allocated in accordance with Incoterms or specific agreements. Shipping quotes may be adjusted if carriers revise surcharges prior to the booking date.
5. Inspection Upon Receipt
Recipients should inspect the number of packages, seals, and external condition before signing for delivery. If there are signs of dents, dampness, tears, missing items, or damage, note these on the delivery receipt, take photos, and notify Minh Anh within 48 hours.
6. Transfer of Risk and Delays
The point at which risk transfers follows the agreed delivery terms. Minh Anh assists with resolution but does not bear direct responsibility for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, port congestion, or force majeure events.
