The transport policy outlines packaging procedures, delivery processes, documentation, and responsibility allocation for domestic and export orders.
1. Delivery Scope
Minh Anh supports nationwide delivery and international shipping via available transportation routes. Delivery location, departure port, destination port, and commercial terms are confirmed in the quotation or contract.
2. Processing and Delivery Time
Production time and shipping time are two distinct periods. Estimated delivery dates are calculated from the completion of order confirmation, approved samples, payment, and packaging details. Actual delivery times may vary due to order volume, peak seasons, customs procedures, or carrier capacity.
3. Packaging and Labeling
Products are packaged according to product standards or approved requirements. Export packaging, pallets, fumigation, shipping labels, and special documents may incur additional costs. Customers must approve label content and recipient information within the required timeframe.
4. Shipping Costs and Terms
Shipping charges, insurance, handling fees, warehousing, customs clearance, and import duties are allocated according to Incoterms or specific agreements. Shipping quotations may be adjusted if carrier surcharges change prior to booking.
5. Goods Inspection Upon Receipt
Recipients must inspect the number of packages, seals, and external condition before signing for delivery. If signs of dents, moisture, tears, missing items, or damage are observed, they must be noted on the delivery receipt, photographed, and reported to Minh Anh within 48 hours.
6. Risk Transfer and Delays
The point of risk transfer follows the agreed delivery terms. Minh Anh will assist in resolving issues but is not directly liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, port congestion, or force majeure events.
