PAYMENT POLICY

1. Payment Basis

Payments are made based on quotations, purchase orders, contracts, or pro forma invoices duly confirmed by both parties. These documents specify the products, quantities, unit prices, currency, taxes, associated costs, and payment deadlines.

2. Payment Methods

The primary method is bank transfer to the account named on the transaction documents. Cash payments or alternative methods are only accepted with written confirmation. Customers must not transfer funds to personal accounts or accounts not listed on official documents.

3. Payment Timelines

The deposit ratio, installment payments, and final balance due before delivery are determined for each order. Projects requiring mold development, prototyping, custom packaging, or procurement of specialized materials may necessitate an advance payment prior to commencement. Production schedules are calculated after receipt of sufficient funds and required data.

4. Currency, Taxes, and Bank Fees

The currency of payment is specified in the quotation or contract. Taxes, transfer fees, intermediary bank charges, and exchange rate differences are allocated according to the agreed terms and applicable regulations. Customers are required to accurately indicate the order number or invoice number in the remittance details.

5. Confirmation and Reconciliation

A payment is considered complete once the funds have been credited to Minh Anh’s account. We provide compliant documentation as required. Should the remittance details be incorrect or insufficient, both parties will reconcile before confirming the payment.

6. Late Payments and Refunds

Delayed payments may delay production schedules, deliveries, or incur contractual penalties. Eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment method after reconciliation; the time taken by banks to process transfers is beyond Minh Anh’s control.
