This policy outlines the principles for pricing, payment methods, payment schedules, and confirmation of payments for products, OEM/ODM projects, and services provided by Minh Anh.
1. Payment Basis
Payments are made based on confirmed quotations, purchase orders, contracts, or commercial invoices. These documents specify the product, quantity, unit price, currency, taxes, related costs, and payment terms.
2. Payment Methods
The primary method is bank transfer to the account named Minh Anh listed on transaction documents. Cash payments or other methods apply only upon written confirmation. Customers must not transfer funds to personal accounts or accounts not appearing on official documents.
3. Payment Schedule
The deposit ratio, milestone payments, and balance due before shipment are determined per order. Projects requiring mold development, prototyping, packaging, or special raw materials may require an advance payment before commencement. Production timelines begin after full payment and necessary data have been received.
4. Currency, Taxes, and Bank Fees
The payment currency is specified in the quotation or contract. Taxes, transfer fees, intermediary bank charges, and exchange rate differences are allocated according to agreement and applicable regulations. Customers must include the correct order number or invoice number in the transfer reference.
5. Confirmation and Reconciliation
Payment is considered complete once funds are credited to Minh Anh’s account. We provide appropriate documentation as required. If transfer details are incorrect or incomplete, both parties will reconcile before confirming payment.
6. Late Payments and Refunds
Late payments may delay production, delivery, or incur additional costs as stipulated in the contract. Valid refunds are processed via the original payment method after reconciliation; processing times are subject to bank procedures and beyond Minh Anh’s control.
