Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These terms apply to website visitors, customers, distributors, partners, and organizations working with Minh Anh on manufacturing, processing, OEM/ODM projects, supply of household appliances, and related services. Separately signed contracts, quotations, or annexes shall prevail if their provisions differ from these general terms.

2. Website Information

Minh Anh strives to ensure that product information, specifications, images, and manufacturing capabilities are accurate at the time of publication. Some images are for illustrative purposes only; specifications, materials, colors, packaging, and configurations may vary depending on project requirements or technical improvements. Information on the website does not automatically constitute an offer to enter into a contract.

3. Request for quotation and order confirmation

• Quotes are prepared based on specifications, quantities, standards, delivery terms, and requirements provided by the customer.
• Prices, validity periods, MOQ, sample lead times, production schedules, and payment terms are clearly specified in the quotation or contract.
• Orders are only valid after both parties confirm them in writing and Minh Anh receives the full payment as agreed.
• Changes made after confirmation may affect pricing, molds, timelines, and related costs.

4. Intellectual property and project documentation

Website content, design, imagery, technical documentation, and trademarks are the property of Minh Anh or its licensors. Customers are responsible for their rights of use regarding logos, designs, trademarks, drawings, or any content provided for the project. Custom molds, designs, and proprietary materials are governed by contracts or confidentiality agreements between both parties.

5. Security

Commercial information, samples, drawings, pricing, technical data, and product plans are kept confidential in accordance with agreements between the parties and applicable laws. No party may use or disclose confidential information outside the scope of the transaction without valid prior consent.

6. Quality, inspection, and warranty

Quality standards, inspection methods, sample approvals, warranty coverage, and acceptance criteria are specified in the project documentation. Customers must inspect goods within the agreed timeframe and promptly report any discrepancies. Minh Anh will investigate the cause and implement appropriate corrective measures.

7. Limitation of liability

Within the limits permitted by law, Minh Anh’s liability for any complaint directly related to an order shall not exceed the value of the affected goods. Minh Anh shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or delays caused by inaccurate customer information, improper use of instructions, or force majeure events.

8. Force Majeure

Events beyond reasonable control—such as natural disasters, epidemics, wars, strikes, power outages, disruptions in raw material supply or transportation, changes in legislation, or decisions by government authorities—may affect timelines. The affected party shall notify and cooperate to minimize impacts.

9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations; if no agreement is reached, they shall be submitted to the competent authorities in Vietnam, unless otherwise specified in the contract.

10. Amendment of terms

Minh Anh reserves the right to update these terms to align with our operations and applicable laws. The version published on this page takes effect from the date of update and does not alter previously signed contracts, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
